4. Freight Charges
Freight charges are additional unless specifically mentioned in the quotation or invoice.

6. Returns & Order Cancellation
As most products are manufactured, customized, or printed specifically for each customer, customized and approved production orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has commenced.
Any return requests for standard products shall be considered on a case-by-case basis and only after prior written approval from ClearPiece.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable and approved by ClearPiece, will be processed after verification through the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Development charges, tooling charges, screen charges, customization charges, design charges, and freight charges are non-refundable.
